For Money Blogging Success, it is crucial to look to the market first, and to do some research.
So let’s get started with the first step……
Listen to any of the top internet marketers and bloggers, and even the off-line marketers, and the importance of research and listening to the market will be evident. The general consensus is that to achieve success it is important to research and provide what the market is looking for rather than developing a product and/or service and then trying to find a market for it.
My first step in research for this blog, was to research keywords. Following the guidelines, I was looking for keyword phrases showing results of less than 30,000 - a microniche, possibly 50,000, and also showing that the competition was not overcrowded.

This research tool is provided free by Google, and enables easy research on the keywords and phrases that are being used by people searching the net. Market research at your fingertips! And no cost!
I chose my keyword phrase: “money blogging” with about 22,000 average search volume and with the competition still not crowded out.
Looking for a keyword to do with blogging and with monetizing the blogging activity, I looked through many different possibilities, before narrowing to the chosen keyword phrase.
The research would be the same, whatever the area of interest for the blog (or website, or product, or service). For example, I put in “baby care” and scanning through the results found “baby child care” with 22,000 search volume and only little competition, and “care for baby” with 33,000 search volume.
This research tool provided by Google is the place to start. Just enter different variations of phrases related to the subject area of interest.
